Ms. Owens is a board-certified Physician Assistant. After completing her undergraduate degree, she earned her Physician Assistant degree from James Madison University in 2002. She relocated from Virginia to North Carolina after her husband retired from the US Navy. Her sole area of practice for the past 20 years has been focused in gastroenterology, the past 14 years, she has been with Raleigh Medical Group GI. She treats patients with all GI disorders to include: IBS, IBD, Hepatitis, GERD and more.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, golf, reading and the beach.
